Don't think letters to the pres will do much good but can't hurt. Personally, I suggest you get the word out wherever you can. New prospective customers need to know how badly this service is. Don't yammer on and on - - just make the point that DTV is currently suffering from terrible service and is nonresponsive. Provide links to this thread
