October update was definitely the straw that broke the camels back for us. whether responsiveness was slowly getting worse prior to that - - - I dont know. Frankly, we're pretty easy going and maintain reasonable expectations. . . sh1t happens, we get it.
But DTV has put forth an operating system which clearly exceeds the reasonable capabilities of the hardware they are responsible for.
Not sure yammering at the president will solve the problem.
I do encourage all to take this message incessantly to other consumer and entertainment related venues. New consumers who are thinking about signing up with AT&T and DTV need to know that the service stinks and that the supplier does not respond to reasonable requests for service. Keep your message very simple - - one or two sentences, provide links back to this (and any of the many other) threads that have popped up.
