Pushing the reset button on the 34 does not work in my case. It’s the same scenario as losing power which has happened a few times in the last few weeks due to severe storms. My slow response time has been happening since August 2015.
I tried telling the tech this and he insisted I push the reset button. K
I still say the takeover by AT&T is the root cause. They have been onsite at DirecTV locations for months making changes.
