Sounds like we have about the same equipment , anyway i have been having this same problem for a few months now. Sent email to C/S and they never answered at all. Also having the commercial freeze to go along with it. Also Googled it and it is all over that, so must be a issue with Direct not answering. At first i thought the batteries in remotes was going, so changed ....no change. Problem is it is getting worse.
I do know there is a lot of peeved people that is not getting answers. Anyone know of anything new, please post...
