hr44 reciver is connected to the internet and wont order ppv movies. it shows reciver is connected to the internet, can load tv apps and everything. tried resetting router and receiver. called direct tech support they tried some things but still not working. I checked all connections and all cables are connected. was working a few weeks back and now doesn't work? anyone have an idea what is the problem or a solution? also when you try to order it says call ext 736 or 777
