This receiver has come up with yet another issue. Today I was watching a program recorded on another receiver in my home. It froze, as if I had pushed pause. It would not respond to any commands, either on the remote or front panel. Anyone else ready for a class action suit to get out of the contract? All I get is "We know of no issues with this receiver." and "We will send a new one of the same model." and "Its $$$$ to cancel service." It's getting pretty hard to take. I pay so I expect their equipment to work. Very frustrated. Problem after problem and the only back up I get is from this forum-others like me.
