If you don't know, then, tell us how to get directv to address and fix this problem - something more substantial than pushing a red reset button, or, it must be the cutomers bandwidth or wifi signal causing these issues.
Exactly how long do we have to give directv to address and fix this issue BEFORE truckingjohn's comment no longer seems a bit harsh !!??
Just a quick search shows that this has been a problem since at LEAST 2012.
